You praised Timothy Ferriss' use of the 80/20 rule to profile and duplicate one's most successful sources of business. While valuable advice, this is an outright theft lifted almost word for word from the pages of Walter Hailey's 1994 book "Breaking the No Barrier: The Billion Dollar Battle Plan Battle Plan for Getting to Yes". Walter Hailey (RIP) is THE MAN. I encourage you and your readers to explore more of Hailey's ideas.
